Delete your MedTime account

You can permanently delete your MedTime account from the mobile app or web profile, or ask our support team for help.

Delete from MedTime

  1. 1Open the MedTime mobile app or website and sign in.
  2. 2Open Profile, then Account in the mobile app or Settings on the website.
  3. 3Choose Delete my account and request a verification code.
  4. 4Enter the six-digit code sent to your registered phone and confirm permanent deletion.

What will be deleted

Your MedTime profile, saved items, preferences and active sessions are removed. Your phone number is released from the deleted account.

Medical-record retention

Medical records held by clinics may need to remain in their clinical systems for legal or medical-recordkeeping reasons. They are detached from the deleted MedTime account and are not automatically linked to a future account.
