How to find a doctor on MedTime
A short guide to searching by name, specialty, clinic and branch, and exploring the information in a doctor's profile.
Start with a relevant search
Open the Doctors section. If you know the specialist's name, enter it in the search field. To search by specialty, use the corresponding filter and select Find doctors.
Choose a clinic and branch
If you want a doctor at a particular clinic, select that clinic in the filters. You can then choose a branch. A specialist may see patients at more than one address, so check the appointment location.
Explore the doctor's profile
Open the profile to read the available information about specialties, experience, education and appointment locations. Listed languages and documents can provide additional context. The information available may differ between profiles.
Confirm appointment details
Once you have chosen a doctor, check appointment availability at the relevant branch. Where online booking is available, follow the steps shown on the site. Otherwise, use the clinic's contact details to confirm the appointment time and arrangements.
