Online appointments on MedTime: a step-by-step guide
How to choose a linked patient record and appointment time, submit a request and track clinic confirmation where online booking is available.
Check whether online booking is available
Find the relevant clinic and branch on the doctor or service page. Open online booking where it is available. This option may not be offered for every doctor, service or branch.
Sign in and select a patient
Online booking requires an active patient record from that clinic to be linked to your account. Sign in and choose the patient to book for. If no suitable record appears, contact the clinic to link it or book by phone.
Choose a date and available time
Select an appointment date and one of the available times. Check the time zone displayed in the booking window. If no times are available, try another date or call the clinic.
Review the details and submit a request
Check the patient, branch, date and time. Add an optional note for the clinic if needed, then submit the request. No payment is collected in the booking window; the clinic confirms the final price.
Wait for the clinic to confirm
Submitting a request does not immediately confirm the appointment. Track its status in My appointments. The appointment is confirmed only when its status is Confirmed. Check the current status after requesting a reschedule or cancellation as well.
